Shipping and returns
Delivery
Free tracked delivery on every UK order, with no minimum. We process orders in 3 to 5 business days and delivery takes a further 9 to 15 business days, so around 12 to 20 business days in total. These are estimates and can occasionally vary. Orders ship from our international fulfilment partner. Prices include UK VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery for orders of £135 or less. Tracking can take a few business days to start updating after dispatch. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page, and full detail is in our Shipping policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at info@alanandjoan.com with your order number and we will send you the return address once your return is approved. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, and there is no restocking fee. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping. Full detail is in our Return and refund policy.
Exchanges
Return the item through our standard return process and place a new order for the size, colour or item you want.
Changing or cancelling
You can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting us. After that, your order enters processing, but you can still cancel by returning the items within 30 days of delivery.
